You don't 'discuss about' something; you 'discuss' something.
The word 'discuss' means 'talk about'. Therefore, there is no reason to insert the word 'about' after 'discuss'. That would be like saying 'talk about about'.
Examples:
Wrong: Shall we discuss about the budget?
Correct: Shall we discuss the budget?
Correct: Shall we talk about the budget?
